Getting message I have no mobile data

Great Neighbour / Super Voisin

I have the 3GB at 3G speeds over 90 days.  My Account usage history says I've only used like 1MB of data.  Also doesn't show me anything releated to data on the dashboard.  Can you advise why I'm getting this message on my phoneand how to see the real data usage as doesn't appear in My Account Dashboard.  Other family members see their usage and remaining summarized on their Dashboard.  Thanks 🙂

@pattygirl810, When you have run out of data, your dashboard in self serve does not show anything related to your data.  It is unfortunate that it does this.  It would be nice if it showed 0 of XXXXX GB left, or something like that...
