I am having trouble accessing my account & rewards.
I have the proper login etc and I have tried two different browsers with both of them popping up the message that they're undergoing maintenance and upgrading the website?
But the message says,
"Our services are getting an upgrade.
From March 4th 10:00 PM EST (7:00 PM PST) to March 5th 9:30 AM EST (6:30 AM PST) new plan purchases, activations, and account changes will be temporarily unavailable. Come back and visit us again after the upgrade is complete."

NO issues at all accessing account nor rewards. Just redeemed 15 points... Used computer, not an app...

Sorry the website and app is under an unscheduled maintenance so try login to your account tomorrow morning.
