What phone is compatible

i never had a cell phone and I’m a bit lost.  Can anyone recommend a cell that is compatible with public mobile and the cheaper the better for me

Yes this will be a good entry level cell phone  for all your needs.

I would also you look at London Drugs, Walmart or The Mobile Shop (inside the Superstore).

They might even give you a free PM SIM if they activate the SIM for you.

There was news that Samsung is having problems selling the “A” series phones. 
Their warehouse are overstocked so there will be a promotion to sell them fast.

I would suggest you look the Samsung Galaxy A13. They are currently selling for under $200 but it will go down in price.

Higher models will have all the bells and whistles which will be too confusing for you with all the Settings adjustments.

The A3x should be a higher model but A32 has been out for 9+ months .  A13 just came out not long so spec-wise is very similar.  But A32 has a better camera

Generally speaking, if it is a phone sold by Samsung Canada, it should work.  

But f you are buying phone that import from another countries, a different regional variant, it might or might not work depends on the model

What is your price range? we can suggest some good ones for you
