how do i recover an overpayment. my payment was overdue so i put $100 on account and then went to change plans. After changing plans I noticed they took both plan payments off of credit card and PM current balance. How can one account owner have 2 ongoing plans?

Paying first would have restarted your current plan. Changing plan afterwards and choosing now would have taken more money. It's not two plans. You changed to the different one.
