Just slightly over $ 100...Walmart has some nice looking LG phones. I like LG. Their flip phones are $60-70 & they have some others just under $100. I know some second hand stores I have bought used phones from. Less than or close to a year old, you can get a $500 to$800 phone for $100 without being locked into a plan. If you look through used everywhere, some private deals are ok but check the IMEI number to be sure it's not stolen.

@fairchse Try iPhone 5, or 5s, at getorchard.com; I am still using a 5.

Personally, I'd caution anyone from buying a cell phone on Kijii. So many sad stories of blacklisted / stolen phones, and no refunds !!
Give Best Buy a look. They sell refub'd unlocked cell phones that you can get for around $150 and up.
I'm sure there's other retail outlets, but I've only had experience with BB.
My one piece of advise though...avoid bying one on Kijii unless you get a solid guarentee. Good luck wherever you go.
