Hello. Looking at 'my account' I'm unable to see how many international call minutes remain. Do they still exist or have they been deleted as part of the new program transition?

Are you sure you didn't use them all? Those are one time bonuses, not recurring (but they don't expire).

Hello hTideGnow — I don't see those minutes at my end but will try your suggestions.
To follow-up I just entered my account via Incognito and was able to see all minute and GB related balances. Much appreciated!

All bonuses and your add-on minutes should be there. (loyalty bonus expires after 150 days after adding to your account). Data expires after 30 days.
Use clean browse, clear cookies, try incognito mode and check your account again.

HI @cory_c all those free non-expiring addon will still be here. I just logged in and see them all
if you really not there, make sure you use Incognito/private/secret mode on your browser
