Website Issues to Purchase Add Ons

3 tries & it finally worked but many bugs are still around

1- attempted to buy US roaming plan but page insisted to pay entire $120 plan cost (not due to 28th) log out try again

2- gave option to make 1 time payment but the box to enter amount in does not exist, log out and try again

3- yay box is there! Enter $20, it calculates tax, and I can now roam for 10 days

@Luddite yeah no it works, I made sure to check main page & add on page that it showed up (esp since the time it timed out I needed to close browser and start over)

im having issue as well,

i log on to my account and the overview page stays blank, i have no info showing and i cant do anything and this happenes on every signle platform. phone tablet pc everythinggg.

i just want to know my balance and purchase extra gigs

everthing else onthe website works except the link to my account.

i also forgot my pin to do it by 611 can someone reset it for me please??

this happens on every platform

@kav2001c You did "buy" it twice I hope? Otherwise the funds may just be sitting in Available Funds.

Hahah, don't blame you...

Which browser were you using? Curious to see if the browser makes a difference.

Yikes, that's a lot of tries to add a simple add-on to your account. And don't forget the "bug" where you have to go through the mandatory two step process to purchase any add-on.
