I’m simply curious about why we had an outage from around 5:30 pm til Midnight tonight (Wednesday, July 1st) in the 100 Mile House, British Columbia area.id like to know what the cause was. There is no explanation on the website. No messages, nothing.
Unfortunately, my Mom lives in the US and has Alzheimer’s. Because service went down in the middle of a phone call she ended up hysterical because she couldn’t reach me or my Husband & her brain told her I’d blocked her because I was mad at her. I had 8 messages from her, crying & screaming, utterly heartbroken.
We’ve had unreliable service lately and this I’m going to have to get a landline because this has become a huge issue and tonight was simply too much. Connection and quality issues have gotten out of hand. I understand that occasionally things go wrong, but the recent issues have been so frequent that I’m seriously doubting if the cost savings is worth the trouble.
