I was trying to change my payment information but unfortunately I couldn't do it. The web site is horrible, it never stop buffering, only loading, loading and loading..all the time. Every time, always .I am tired of it..I am totally disappointed. I wasted my whole day just for log into it. It didn't work. I have to switch to different provider. For the sake of peace of mind.

Yes. The website it hit and miss and a headache at most times. The app however, MUCH better. Here is how to do it.
How to change credit card on phone app
Download the app from the app store if you already haven’t.
Sign into your app.
When your app opens you’ll be in the My Account tab. You will see a plus button at the bottom left above the My Account tab. Click on it.
Once you’ve clicked on it, go to Payments
The next screen you’ll want to click on Manage Subscription.
The next screen will give you the option to change your credit card information when you click on Manage Payment Method.
There you will be able to enter a new credit card and expiry date. Click on Save and you're good to go.

I suggest you to try a different browser and use Incognito mode. Or try using the PM app
But before doing so, please wait full hour first in case your account was temporarily fraud locked for too many attempts
