Hello Members,
can anyone help how do i chnage my credit card fro auto pay.
in manage autopaty option i only see "remove autopay" how do i change the credit card?

@amy88eric not sure what you are asking for, the option to change your credit card without interrupting Autopay is already there.
From your account, Click Payment > Manage My Card > Replace this credit card, then update your credit card information. I've change the credit card I use to pay twice with no issues and no problems with Auto Pay.

I finally found the way to update my credit card by click one time payment.
Public Mobile should make a edit function for change credit card information at auto payment.

I can confirm this does not interrupt your autopay rewards. I just did it to replace the payment card and all is good.

From the main page, click on the payment tab and at the bottom there should be a manage payment link from which changing credit cards can be done.

Remove it and add the new card, you will get the reward once the new card is set for autopay
