Hi, I've been trying to change my credit card because it's been blocked and my payment won't go through so my phone is off, I want to use my other card but it won't do the chance, just keeps going back to the same card. What's wrong
@Hexigo655 Try the public mobile app instead of website if you haven’t already, but if you tried to many times it may kick you out for full 24 hours before you can try again , but in the meantime if your in a hurry buy payment voucher from shoppers drug mart 7-11 / shell gas station and load the funds *611 to resume services right away and worry about updating crest card later
