I lost my phone and can't get SMS OTP to log in my account. any support on that?

@Cashrecon   You can get support for the log in as already mentioned, but in your subject line you say you want to cancel the service.  Do you mean you want to close the account and leave PM altogether?

Once you enter your email id & password... OTP will be sent to your phone. There click on "Didn't get the code" option and opt to get OPT onto your email id instead and login to your account.

Hi @Cashrecon,

Login to My Account -->  go to Profile page -->  click Report Lost/Stolen Phone and click Put my service on hold 

Or you can follow this link

If you are unable to login because you don't have a phone to receive the necessary code, on the screen you need to enter the code, click on "Didn't get the code?" or  "Resend code". Then choose Send email
