Now that my subscription has ended I no longer can log in or have an account. I had pre authorized payments for my service and I was charged for a month I did not use. How or who can help me get reimbursed.

How did you end your subscription?
There are 2 ways to end:
1. Port your number to another carrier.
2. Login to your account and disable Subscribe/AutoPay and your account will be closed after 90 days of nonpayment.
If you can try to login to your account and click on forgot Password for PM to reset with the registered email address.
Since PM is a prepaid no refundable service. You can ask for a refund by typing in Submit a Ticket or Contact Agent on The Chat bubble.

@DW22 you probably ended it same time as the renewal which was too late.
Generally there are no refunds as it is pre paid. I would message public mobile and ask if it's possible to get a portion of the amount back. Also a good idea to ask them to remove the card information from file.
