I am trying to port my number to another carrier. I don't have access to my old phone or sim card. How to I port my number to my new carrier with with no access to my old sim

You need your PM SIM to complete porting out to reply to the text from PM confirming you are porting out to avoid fraudulent SIM swapping.
One option is to purchase a new PM SIM and login to your account on the app and change the SIM number under the Account tab>Change your SIM Card.
You can pickup a SIM from a Telus/Koodo/Mobile Klinik store or Amazon.
It is nearly impossible to port out with an active account and SIM.

Well, having PM account active and having PM SIM is the most important in order to port number out.
Maybe agent can find a solution for you but be ready to get another PM SIM in order to receive SMS to authorize transfer.
