Need to talk to someone in customer service or get instructions on how to cancel an account that is half set up. Public has my credit card info and I want the account cancelled. looked everywhere but can get an answer

@Marie1931 Did you do it while you were logged in to this community? It should work unless you were logged out at the time and take you to a pre-addressed private message form where you fill in your issue and then just hit Send. Did you try the chatbot at the bottom right instead?
