Yes, that is a common problem with Public Mobile. They send a text saying that PM will contact you and nobody ever does. I'm not sure why PM sends out those text messages if they never follow through. This speaks volumes!

Please note that nobody here works for Public Mobile. We are all customers like you.

they won't call you back, but  you can call PM porting support team yourself.    I have sent you the porting support team number.  Please check your Community inbox (https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/privatenotespage), check for the number and call
