I did submit a ticket for this yesterday.  A Koodo tech contacted me via text and resolved the issue on their end.  Calls are now working for me.

@DIANA6  - Public acknowledged an issue, hopefully this will be resolved soon.

@DIANA6   as far as I know, they are resolving case by case by refreshing the account for now.  Some got back the voice already after opening ticket with them

 

Pretty sure they are working on a fix for everyone affected

 

If you have not opened one yet, open it now

Or if you have opened ticket already, message them again for update
