OMG! Can someone, anyone please please send a porting request from Public Mobile wtihin the next 60 min to Virgin? They are waiting and this is the 6th time I have asked before it TIMED OUT! I am in phone hell and have been on hold with the Porting Line for Public mobile for 30 min. If I time out again I will lose my mind. Please someone send a porting request if you see this. If not, tomorrow I can cancelling this line and moving on with a new provider. I heard Phone box is good.....

When you go to Virgin and to get a Virgin SIM. Leave your PM SIM in your phone to reply to the text confirming with YES within the 90 minutes window or it will time out.

We are all customers here. You need to contact a CS agent if you need assistance. Maybe someone on the community will have a recommendation that will help.
FYI...Public is a prepaid service so once you are billed, you will not receive a credit if you cancel.
