I just added 2 vouchers to make my payment now it's saying I havent but the vouchers say redeemed

@Matt_johnson You are the third person in the past few days that have indicated vouchers shown as redeemed already. Can you log out of your account waut a few minutes and log back in to see if it still says the same? Clear your cache and try to use another web browser. Sometimes the information does not get updated right away.

Are you referring to the 15 points for $15 off?
Did you get an email saying it was redeemed? I so look to see if you have a balance in your account.
