Voucher doesn't work and PM won't honor it

Does anyone know how I go about speaking to a supervisor?

I purchased a payment voucher ($116) the voucher will not work and the customer service provider is refusing to honor it.

I sent proof of purchase but they still refuse to honor it.

We do plan on reporting to consumer complaints and the better business bureau.

This is straight out THEFT.

 Im open to suggestions

Hi @Jill. The first thing that you need to realize is that the Better Business Bureau has zero authority in any business matters.  Any time that a company co-operates with them, it is completely voluntary. Should a company choose to ignore BBB, there isn't anything they can do for you.

 

Who were you previously speaking with at Public Mobile?  Only the moderators could fix something such as this.  Did you open a ticket at http://publicmobile.ca.ada.support/chat ?

 

Sometimes, there is a delay before vouchers start working.

@Jill Create a ticket and send pictures of the vouchers to the moderators. To obtain a ticket, click on https://publicmobile.ca.ada.support/chat/ and enter your question in SIMon. Follow / invent the prompts until you reach the Contact Us button, click on it and a Submit Ticket button should appear. To confirm that your ticket has been submitted, check the SEND box in your private messages; click on the small envelope next to your avatar at the top right of your screen.

 

If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can also send a private message to the moderators, but this alternative contact method may have a longer response time. Click: https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437

Did you try redeeming through both 611 and self-serve?

Did you contact the moderators here? Or the store where you bought them? The store likely won't help you.

Some vouchers have a delay to become active.
