Yesterday I received a call but didn't pick up. I didn't access my voice mail but I did see a written message beside the carrier and instead just read the message. When I went to re-read the message today it was gone. I called in to my voicemail and there is no message. Is there any way to recover this? Why would it be automatically deleted?

@flipper26 It sounds like you have an iPhone with Live Voicemail. If the message was left on Live Voicemail there will not be a voicemail message in PM carrier voicemail. To find your message again open the Phone app and tap on the voicemail symbol bottom right of the screen. Unless you deleted the message it should still be there. If you want to only use carrier voicemail you can disable Live Voicemail in the iPhone settings. I personally prefer it since I don't need to log in to PM voicemail to retrieve messages, and can also answer the call while the caller is leaving the message.

HI @flipper26
PM keeps the voicemail for 10 days and for 10 messages, it shouldn't delete the message that soon
are you iPhone user? maybe you got Live Voicemail?
but if it was PM message, if it was deleted, no way to get it back, sorry
