Why is public mobile website so slow, it takes for ever to make changes on Public mobile website.
Why don't Public Mobile have a plan with 4 GB or 5 GB.
All plans are 1 GB or 20 GB's or more

Website can be slow, especially the first time using the website on a device. It seems better afterwards. May want to try a different web browser or device.
No official reasoning for not offering 4-5 GB plan, but likely a business decision to force customers to switch from $25 1 GB plan to $35-40 GB plan for 20 GB + data. 1 GB is too low for many users and 20 GB is probably too much for some. Bottom line is profit.

Good Morning @Budy75
To start off with, please know that we are all customers like you. Nobody from Public Mobile are on this site.
I think we can all agree that not only their website but their app as well can use a little work.
With regards to PM plans going from 1GB to 20GB with no middle ground has been brought up multiple times here in the forums but once again, nobody from PM are on these forums are here to listen. Sure we can send Private Messages to a Customer Support Agent but sadly those conversations have zero purpose because they too have very limited abilities to really do much.
In the end, this is just a 3rd tier cell phone provider that is built on self service and is the cheapest phone service out there. To be honest, think about it this way. There's a reason why 2 of the big 3 don't follow Telus's experiment with PM.

@Budy75 It’s true the smallest unlimited talk text plan only has 1GB of data there is a promo right now for 20GB for $34 which is bargain and cheaper then what you can get 5GB for elsewhere only catch is you have to pay 90 days upfront so $102 with 60GB for 90 days
