Slow data stream ing Ottawa west

Anyone in the Ottawa west area been experiencing slower than normal data streaming? I have 40g 5G plan. And am well below my cap.

there is no outage reported for Ottawa west at this moment according to Telus outage site

try to reboot the phone and Reset network settings.  Please also try changing the network mode to 4G or LTE and see if it helps
