@CJLOnHere I think there is a complaint procedure buried in the fine print of Terms and Conditions of service.
I did and unfortunately “Iona” ignored my request. It’s been several days and I have had no reply. I’ll do some digging myself. Thanks for your response.

you cannot contact the senior staff directly, you have to ask CS agent to escalate
