Has anyone had any luck getting a manager to call them back regarding a terrible customer service issue? I've submitted 4 tickets now and have not heard back at all. 
Does anyone happen to know who to contact for a customer service issue? I have an issue with a CSR that needs to be reported. 
To answer a simple question…can anyone tell me why my phone (or how to prevent it from) switches to 5G even though I’m on a 4G plan?
