Has anyone had any luck getting a manager to call them back regarding a terrible customer service issue? I've submitted 4 tickets now and have not heard back at all.

Yes, but all I'm getting is the same rep talking in circles and one other one saying 'its not so bad,' which is part of the problem.

Public Mobile does not call customers. As for tickets, was the chatbot used to open them? Also, it's quite possible that opening a new ticket cancelled out the previous requests.

we are just customers here. But we saw some replied back and said their issue was escalated and resolved. reply again and push for escalation. But it is weekend, earliest reply from them would be Monday
