Bought a 10Gb esim for our Mexico trip.
We are on Rogers.
I disabled my Rogers sim and my esim is active.
I can make ane receive calls but no data.
Any ideas what setting I might be missing?
I have an S23 ultra..

Turn data roaming on in your phone settings for the esim.

@kenie Make sure you have data roaming turned in in phone settings . And set phone to 4G/LTE not 5G and make sure your connected to AT&T see if that helps

you must download the Public Mobile app to activate your new account. During that process, you'll be given opportunity to port your Rogers number to new PM account. Once done, you must enable Roaming data to use your data.

since you can receive calls , I assume you have the Canada/US/Mex plan
did you turn on Roaming data on your phone? you need that for data to work

@kenie You bought a travel sim and it isn't working or you subscribed to the 10GB PM Can-US-Mex plan? Is your data set to roaming?
