I've never had an issue there is a tower within 500 ft

I used 30 points for a 25 dollar plan
I changed my plan and now my phone and txt aren't working
Data is really slow aswell

@Jamesmero if should be just a coincidence and not because you were using point to pay
Login to My Account using Incognito mode, check Payment History, you should see that PM deposited the amount into your account earlier and the renewal was completed afterward
For your voice issue, maybe a problem with the 3G network in your area? did you try to use the phone in another area?
Try to reboot the phone. Try to reseat your sim card (power off, then take sim card out for a minute, then ut it back and power on)
You might want to change the Preferred network to 3G ONLY and see if your phone connects and if you can make calls.

How many points did you redeem?
It is at 15 points slots that you can redeem.
This is only good on $15 plans but if you are on a higher plan, you will need to top up the balance or redeem 30 points.
