What are the policies of Public companies for using phone numbers?

There was a post from few months back where someone used their public mobile phone to send bulk texts to over 150 recipients in a few hours, and after 100 or so, he could no longer send text messages to anyone.

So PM's system blocked him due to abnormal usage. Don't think we ever heard back if/when his service was eventually back to normal...

There may be other abuse / excessive use protection measures. If you need service for out-of-the-ordinary usage, there are commercial providers that specialize in that...

I don't think Public concerns itself if you are using the service for personal or business use as long as nothing illegal is being done.

@Finesse could you please restate your question?  I don't think it's clear, based on the responses you have received so far (and on my own attempt to figure out what you're asking for).

Here is a link to the Terms and Conditions.

I wouldn't recommend using your PM as a primary business number due to the reliability.

For this place, bottom of every page in the footer area - Service Terms.

Not sure of your intent capitalizing Public. Or what you mean by "using phone numbers".

Looking at your other recent posts...Public Mobile gives you 90 days of non-payment to keep your number. After 90 days the number returns to the original provider (which could be here) and the account is fully deactivated.
