Hi,
Usage history download is not working as it was before the website upgrade. Before, you would select a date range, apply the filter, and then the download link would download the usage history for the selected date range. Now, the download button only download what is displayed on the screen. So instead of being able to download for about 90 days of usage history, I can barely download one day.

For cryin' out loud, PM, how hard can this be??
PLEASE, fix the usage download! It's ridiculous how long this, and other issues, take to fix!
(P.S.: I have been in IT for four decades, and am knowledgeable in programming and websites.)

When I pick 90 days it downloads only a previous month. So yes, something is VERY off at PM.
Complain to agent, open a ticket...

@hemmjay Yes, in the old My Account, the Download actualy download the whole 90 days history
this new one, regardless what you do , only 3 days
I have tagged the Community manager on another post and hope this can be resolved shortly
