Account showing data all used doesn't match usage history

Hello,  enquiring about my son's account.  He has 15 G of data each month.   His subscription started Oct 26 and his account is showing data all used.  When checking the usage history from Oct 26 to present only 1.7 G is used. 

Wondering why the data is showing all used, and how to get it resolved.

That's why we questioning the 15 g of data is all used leaving him with no data.  In the usage history only 1.7 g of data has been used since the subscription reset October 26.

Please note that all the apps on your son’s phone will use data for updates. Also, PM updates the data usage twice a day. Around noon and midnight.

logging in to his account > Usage Breakdown is the accurate accounting of his data remaining.

Maybe just cache problem.  Try checking again using browser with incognito mode 

And you can also call *611 and check the usage that way
