Is there anyone else having issues wirg their us service? It took 3 days and numerous attempts to refresh my plan.  Then when it finally starts working..i drop every call within 30 seconds.   I hear 2 beeps..20 seconds later i drop it.  Both received and placed calls and with full bars. Ive been dealing with this issue for a full week now.   I don't know what is going on..but i do know it's not me..nd its not my phone.  The network is all messed up i think

I am having the same exact issue . 
I purchased U.S talk roaming add-on but it didn’t work . I submitted a ticket , they reset my account and it started to work . As soon as they reset my account , all my incoming and outgoing calls started to beep twice and drop.  

 

I submitted two additional tickets , public mobile team got back to me with a few solutions which didn’t work up until now . 

I am paying for my monthly plan , add-on charges and get nothing in return .

You will need to contact a moderator to see if a credit will be granted.

I did yes actually. But i was having these issues before that.   Would i be able to get the amount that I paid credited back to my account do you think? I haven't been able to use my phone for anything but data all week.

I've been ready about quite a few issues with the roaming services over the past week, but by any chance, did you try to add more than one of the same roaming add-on?

Try to manually select either of AT&T or T-mobile...whichever works best for you.
