I paid for the us roaming and data for 15 days and as soon as I turned on roaming I get nothing, why?

make sure you enable roaming data on your phone
check to see if you phone can connect to T-Mobile or at&T or Verizon. Change network mode to 4G or LTE for eaiser connection

@kosty Are you currently in the US, and only just purchased the add-on (which starts counting the days immediately). Are you connecting to AT&T, T-Mobile or Verizon? (Make sure to start off with 4G/LTE and not 5G).

@kosty Maybe try rebooting the phone first if you haven’t already . And set phone to 4G/LTE not 5G and make sure your connected to T mobile or AT&T can also try Verizon .
