I do not want voicemail. I want it deactivated from my account.

@tic99998 , most customers use the extended absence greeting as a surrogate (option 3/4/2 from the main menu).

can't deactivated it completed, but you can do extended absence, it will disallow people to leave message

• Call your voicemail and log in with your PIN. 
• then  press 3 for manage greetings,
• then 4  for manage extended absence greeting
• now press to then 2 for record a new extended absence greeeting, you can then record a message that indicates to your caller you are not accepting messages. 
• Then press 4 to enable extended absence
• Last and important step , press 5 to disallow people  to leave you a message.

@tic99998  Sorry no way to de activate it, but you could go thru the set up when asked to record your greeting say nothing and tap # to except as the greeting you want which will be white noise . But people can still leave messages

There is no option to deactivate voice mail.
