Urgent help from mods - Stolen Phone!!!!

im locked out of my account and my phone was stolen... i need to reset my password and get my login code so i can get into my account!!!

I already PMd the team this is urgent, I have access to the email and this is a business line

How long ago did you PM them?  Are you checking the envelope icon top right of this page or, if you don't see an envelope, tapping your avatar to access messages for their reply?  You aren't likely to get an immediate response so you may have to wait a while (hopefully within an hour or two but could be longer).  Is there no way to disable your phone either through Apple's Find My or the Android equivalent ?

As long as you can verify you are the account holder customer support can/will access your account to perform those particular duties.

I can private message you what details you need to provide to the agent verify if necessary.

it doesnt send anything, nor does it send a password reset!!

You can ask customer support to suspend your account via lost/stolen. Even better purchase a new sim card and get the agent to perform a sim swap.

You can try getting into your self serve account by having he code sent by e-mail or by voice messages (which you can check by dialing your phone number from a different phone).  If neither of those options are available, you'll have to continue working with a Public Mobile customer support agent.  Threads in this message forum are usually only seen by other customers who can't assist with issues with your account.

@mbmbmb  If you have access to the email, then when you go to log in and get to the page where you enter the code, tap "didn't get the code" and it should give you the option to get it by email.
