Hello,
I'm unable to access my account. I've paid for subscription but when I reached the step of activation, it gave me an error message and I could never log back to my account. I've tried logging on using my phone and computer, cleared all cache and used incognito mode. But none of these methods work, can someone help me to fix my issues? Thanks!

Yes, I used the app to activate last night and it gave me this error message. Still cannot login on to my account now. Thank you for your suggestion!

HI @Kai1321 were you using the app to activate? If not, please download the app and try login there, you need the app to go through activation to the last stey anyway
If same Forbidden error, please submit ticket with CS agent by messaging
