I recently set up an account with pm. Followed all the steps. Converted my number from Telus to pm. Did eSIM. It said everything is set but nothing works. No text no call no data. When I try to login to my account it says forbidden a1 ! Any help would be appreciated!! What am I supposed to do. How to I contact pm people to assist. Thanks

Contact them at the link below. Did you reboot? Check that esim is activated and set to primary in the settings.
