Went to upgrade from 25$ plan to 35$ plan. Accidentally confirmed it twice and now have a balance of 70$ and plan hasn’t changed yet. Any insight would be greatly appreciated ASAP

If you get charged twice, I would leave funds in your account as they will be taken on next billing cycle. This is the easiest and painless way to handle it.
You can ask for refund but it will take time and by the time you get refund next billing cycle will arrive and you will be charged anyway...
Changing plan in the middle of the cycle forfeit all outstanding benefits of your current plan as new plan starts immediately with its own benefits.
Most efficient way to change plan is to schedule change on next billing cycle unless you have a reason to changed it right away. Depending on your need, very helpful folks here will advise what to do if you need more data, etc. until your next billing cycle.

Did you schedule a plan change on next renewal? This is usually your best option unless you need more data right now. If that is your wish then choose the change now option and the $35 will be taken from your balance and you will start a new 30 day cycle. However if you choose this option there is no refund for the unused portion of your current plan and your rewards will not be applied until your next renewal. The extra payment will just stay in your available funds to be used for your following renewal.

hi @FazeDoyle
you see the full $70 as Available Fund on My Account?
did you click change plan in the next cycle? If so, it should start the $35 plan in the next cycle. If will take the money from the Available Fund so it won't take your money again.
Then the extra $35 will sit in the Available fund for the cycle after.
If you want the money back, be aware that it will take 2 weeks . You can open a ticket with Mod to reverse the money
