Hi,
I am upgrading from a Samsung s9+ to a s20+. Is the process as simple as switching my sim card from one to the other? Is there anything else I need to know or do?

@Dksrottie2 You got it . Just swap out SIM card from old phone to new phone . And that’s it nothing more for you to do , but enjoy your new phone 🙂

Yes, it is that simple. Just pull SIM from old phone and plug it in into new one.
Confirm everything works (Internet, calls/sms) and you are good to go!
