I had one ,the older current sim in my old phone and the new, public mobile sim in my new phone when i did the switch and it did not work out.
Now my public mobile sim has restricted access to making phone calls and i just paid for my monthly subscription today (with unlimited calls)
Can anyone tell me what happened what to do and how to be able to make phone calls again.
Much appreciated
Thanks

@Alta3170 Assuming the older sim was still working, you should have been able to just switch it to the new phone, or was there some reason why you also needed a new sim?

did you update the sim card number on your My Account? login to My Account and go to Profile page and check what sim card number it is showing, old or new
