Hi, I’m running into this issue. It’s been almost 5 hours and I still haven’t received the sms text for my phone number transfer. I see that under cellular my phone has turned off my old sim and turned on my new one. Should I switch back to my old sim to see if I’ve received the text? It was turned off automatically when I activated my subscription.
nvm I turned it back on and I think that fixed the problem.

yes, you should, as it is your old carrier will send you the porting text to your old carrier sim.
Turn off (but not delete) your PM sim if it is an eSIM and turn your old carrier sim on again. See if you receive the text and hope you didn't miss the 90 mins mark for approving the port
