Upgrading a plan on renewal date

I've just requesting an upgrade on my renewal date.  I paid the full amount of the monthly charge.  As yet I've not received any notification of my upgrade or payment.  How can I check that this upgrade will happen?

As mentioned, if you changed at next renewal, you should not have been charged until next renewal.  Do you see the available fund in your account?  

Try to login with a different browser, clear cache or incognito mode.  

As for the $29 plan, you could try to contact CSA, but YMMV.  No guarantees.

If you don't see the $29 one you really want, contact a CS Agent via this link and ask politely. They are known to "Upgrade" plans. 🙂

That doesn't happen if you select change on renewal, are you sure you didn't change immediately?

More details would be helpful.  Which plan are you upgrading to?  Was it a respond to a promo text plan offer? Did you choose change at next renewal or immediately?

Public mobile will not send any notification either via email or text about plan changes.  

You should see the plan change in your self service account.  Website does have caching issues, so try a different web browser, clear cache or incognito mode.  Or try a different device.

Sometimes it can take a couple of days to show up on your profile. Go to the app and look at subscriptions. It should say there of upcoming new plans. Or log into your account and go to subscriptions. Here is an example.
