I just upgraded my plan and paid the full amount. Rewards were not deducted. However, when checking Upcoming Payments, rewards are deducted. Will I receive a credit?
I've just requesting an upgrade on my renewal date. I paid the full amount of the monthly charge. As yet I've not received any notification of my upgrade or payment. How can I check that this upgrade will happen? Emily
I'm changing from the $15 per month to the $25 per month. I would change to the $29 per month but it's not available. to current subscribers. Not a response to a promo offer. Change at next renewal.
