I upgraded from 3 to 15 gb data 3 weeks ago but my access ended at 3 gb. Have tried a Ticket and writing customer service. Last ditch effort here before just finding another service. Any suggestions appreciated!

I just got a message they are looking at it and it appears to be working now. This has all been very Kafkaesque.

@Grrrr please login My Account again using Incognito mode. Confirm what plan your currently have and how much data left
Also, when you upgraded the plan 3 weeks ago, did you pick Change Plan now or Change plan on renewal date?? if you pick change on renewal date, it won't kick in until the new cycle
