Upgraded plan for more data and now I have no data and cant reach any help!! Suggestions?

I upgraded from 3 to 15 gb data 3 weeks ago but my access ended at 3 gb. Have tried a Ticket and writing customer service. Last ditch effort here before just finding another service. Any suggestions appreciated!

I just got a message they are looking at it and it appears to be working now. This has all been very Kafkaesque.
