I am writing this from a different account as I can not access the account of a lost phone as it requires a code, sent to said lost phone. Writing a ticket through this account results in an error message. Suggestions are to go into account and make lost phone changes but I can not as I don't receive the 6 digit proof of identity. Have not found a way to reach an agent.
