he can log in to his account by using your cellphone. Download the PM app and he can sign in using his credentials. Then he can Report Lost / Stolen until he gets a new cellphone.
Added...alternative..use this link to message Customer Support to disable the plan until he gets cellphone replaced. They'll want his name, ph number, acct #, PM pin #..etc.
