I need to get my account number and keep trying to rest my pass work but says error has occurred and try latter been couple of weeks trying this

@Jason28 account number can be found on the Profile page after you login.
But you have problem logging in and reset password, please open ticket with support for assistance
1. Open ticket with Chatbot for faster response (2-48 hours), using direct link: https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.
First type "Forgot log in Information", then click "Contact Us", then click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗ "
Next, enter your Community login, then select "Self-Serve Password Reset" and click "Next". and follow the steps

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after the ticket is opened. CS Agent will reply to you there

If you still have the welcome email from here from when you signed up then you can find your account number in the to area. You might need to look at headers or source.
I'm guessing you're porting out, remember that this account needs to be active and that you leave this sim in a phone to confirm.
