NO SIM CARD

I would like to get my SIM card. I paid for it with paypal. They would also like to know also. It is only $5:00 which paypal will refund me. From all the reviews I’ve read there seems to be an awful lot of problems. Not pretty well dont no if I really want to .PEOPLE BE AWARE IT SEEMS THEY NEED MORE STAFF.

Public Mobile is self serve. Everything is done online and if you have issues, you can ask questions here on the community board to get help. If you need staff support, you should probably pay more and go to a different provider.

@dollybud what problem you meant?  the service or sim ordering?

For sim order, it is better to buy in person from Telus/Koodo store or via Amazon

For service, it is that that bad.  The support is different, it's all online , but it is not like too many problem.  Other carriers have other problems too
