I ordered 2 SIM cards on April 27/23, order number 341822 but still haven’t received them. What should I do next?

@Ritaholden They sent from different city depends where you are.  But please open ticket with support to confirm the status.  They might also you to re-buy in person from local Telus/Koodo store and reimburse you the cost

I was told it would be within 10 business days which have passed now. Do you know when and if they were sent out?

Sim card delivery from PM online could be as many as 3 weeks

 

However, since it has been over 10 business days, you can open ticket with PM support to confirm if they got the order and if the sim card is on the way

 

1. Please open ticket via Chatbot (need access to My Account): At https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.

Start by typing "Sim card order", then click "Contact Us",  then click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗" 

2. If you have trouble with Chatbot or you don't have access to My Account: Private message CS Agent at:

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after the ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply to you there

HI @Ritaholden   it took long of Public mobile to send sim card, can be as many as 3 weeks.  it should come tomorrow or sometimes next week
